Return Policy

  • A refund must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. Once the piece has shipped, no refund will be granted.

Shipping policy

  • All orders are shipped 48-72 hours after the order has been received. Please keep this in mind if you are in a time crunch and need something quickly. 

  • There are several shipping options available to choose from. If you are needing a special one day service, please email us at Info@lefthandedmfg.com before placing your order and we will work out the best solution for your shipping needs. 

  • We will ship internationally, if you are experiencing troubles finding your country or having something shipped to you outside of the United States, please email us at Info@lefthandedmfg.com. We will work with you to figure out the best way to ship your order.

Repairs/Broken Pieces

  • We make our jewelry with the best craft and care as possible, but we do understand that life happens and things break. We will repair any of our designs for free, you just have to provide the shipping cost.
