FAQ and Policy
Made to order pieces- A refund will only be issued within 24 hours of purchase. After that I will have started working on and processing your order and will not be able to give a full refund. If you are wanting to refund a made to order piece after the 24 hour period, please reach out via email and we will work on a solution for you.
One of a kind pieces- All items that are ready to ship in the shop can be refunded up to 48 hours after purchase. I do try to ship out orders fairly quickly after an order comes in so please contact me as soon as possible if you’re wanting a refund. I will refund the order minus the processing fee for the credit card. If the order has shipped and you are wanting a refund still, I will require you to ship the package back and still pay for the credit card processing fee.
Packages are shipped within 1-3 days of ordering. If you purchase after 5pm (MST) on a Friday your order will go out the following Monday.
I have several options for shipping. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE INSURANCE WITH YOUR PACKAGE. Due to the expensive nature of jewelry, buying insurance will help you out in the case that the USPS loses or damages a package. If you choose not to purchase insurance and something happens to your package, I am not liable to cover any costs.
